Privacy Policy
ScheduloPro ("we", "our", or "the app") is a mobile application designed to help individuals and small businesses create, manage, and share invoices and estimates. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We collect only the information you actively provide:
We do not collect device identifiers, location data, advertising IDs, or any analytics about your usage patterns.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the app for you.
All data entered into ScheduloPro is stored on the server you configure during setup (the IP/host you point the app to). We do not operate a central cloud server; your data stays on your own infrastructure. Generated PDF files are stored in the private storage of the app on your device and are not accessible to other apps.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party. The only external transmission of data occurs when you explicitly share a PDF via a messaging or email app installed on your device — that sharing is entirely under your control.
Because ScheduloPro connects to a server you control, the security of stored data depends on your server configuration. We recommend:
The app itself does not store passwords in plain text; credentials are transmitted only during authentication and not retained on the device beyond the current session token.
ScheduloPro is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Because your data lives on your own server, you have full control:
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how your data is handled, please contact us at: support@schedulopro.app
